In-Person Sessions

Private In-Person Session: $150

Details:

  • I am currently taking on minimum 4 sessions/month weekday virtual or in-person clients.

  • One complimentary (virtual) consultation session is available to all new clients.

  • All sessions are 1 hour.

  • Sessions must be rescheduled or cancelled within 24 hours or the session is forfeit. 

FAQ

What are your workouts like? I focus on functional strength. That means that the exercises we do help you do things on the daily. Work at a desk? We’ll work on exercises that help to counteract the positions you consistently find yourself in. Physically picking up kids a lot? We’ll work on full-body strength to support that. Racing up subway steps? We’ll practice exercises that mimic that movement and help you catch your breath.

What gym do you work at? I don’t work at one particular gym. Virtual sessions are via Zoom. In-person sessions are in your home or in your building’s gym.

What kind of trainer are you? I believe exercise does not have to feel like punishment. I’m really enthusiastic and focused about what I do. I like to make sure my clients have my full attention. I’m here to support and challenge my clients with humor and compassion.

What are your clients like? I work with folks who want to use exercise as a means to decrease stress, increase mind-body connection, and increase strength/mobility/flexibility.

How do I pay you? Via Venmo, PayPal, or cash.
