Hi! I’m Hannah. I’m a Brooklyn-based personal trainer focusing on helping folks find movement practices that feel right in their bodies and minds.

I believe that if you are going to invest in your fitness, you deserve a trainer who is engaged, enthusiastic, and encouraging.

I’m here to help you move, smile, breathe a little deeper and get a little stronger, every single day.

I love encouraging folks to move because it makes them feel good, not because they think they have to.
